Processing Time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

Standard Shipping: We typically deliver orders within 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday) during regular seasons.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website via email. If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer service team. Delivery Costs:
The delivery charges vary depending on your delivery location. Please refer to your order summary to understand the delivery charges for individual products.
Failed Delivery:
If the package cannot be delivered due to reasons such as incorrect shipping address or the customer's absence, resulting in the customer refusing to collect the package, the package will be returned to Cheaperzoneat the customer’s expense. The shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.

We utilize the services of shiprocket, DTDC, SmartShip, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, and E com Express for deliveries.
Upon Receipt of Your Order:
We advise you to carefully inspect the package and its contents to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for receipt of delivery. If you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete, please refuse delivery of the goods or sign as "Damaged," then contact us on the day of delivery.
Bank Holidays:
Please note that we do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
